About Lauren

Lauren De Marco is a versatile vocalist celebrated for blending enchanting storytelling with dynamic vocal performances. Since 2023, she has captivated audiences as a featured singer with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox, delivering vintage-inspired renditions of contemporary classics in the group’s acclaimed music videos and while touring globally.

Lauren shines in Postmodern Jukebox’s reimagining of ABBA’s iconic hit “Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!”, where the disco anthem is transformed into a sultry swing showcase. She also features in the group’s vintage take on “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” reworking Mariah Carey’s modern classic into a tight-harmony tribute to the Andrews Sisters of the 1940s.

In addition to her work with Postmodern Jukebox, Lauren is the lead vocalist for The Grand Hotel Orchestra on Mackinac Island, where her performances elevate the timeless charm of the resort.

A Belmont University Commercial Music graduate, Lauren has made her mark in Nashville’s vibrant live and recorded music scene, performing at iconic venues such as the Country Music Hall of Fame, Ocean Way Nashville Recording Studios, and Rudy’s Jazz Room. As a proud member of the Nashville Women in Jazz collective, she is passionate about empowering underrepresented voices within the city’s jazz community.

Currently, Lauren is in the process of crafting her debut album, which will feature her original songs, blending jazz, folk, and singer-songwriter influences.
